These terms describe the basic rules for using Friendly Follow-Up as a hosted invoicing and payment reminder service.
Service scope
Friendly Follow-Up is provided as a lightweight invoicing and receivables workflow for freelancers and small service businesses.
The service is offered on an as-available basis and may change as the product is refined.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for the content you send through the service.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraudulent invoicing, or anything that would violate payment processor or email provider rules.
Invoices, reminders, and payments
You are responsible for reviewing invoice details, recipient addresses, reminder timing, and payment terms before sending invoices or reminders.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe where enabled. Email delivery is handled by configured email providers. Availability of those services may affect delivery or payment behavior.
No accounting or legal advice
The service is not a substitute for legal, accounting, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for your business obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, missed payments, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the product.
You remain responsible for your client relationships, invoice content, and business operations.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the service after changes are published means the updated terms govern future use.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if they are used in ways that threaten the service, other users, or platform providers.
